About CFASF

Coach Felix academics and sports foundation(CFASF)started in 2016 by Osiebe Felix Onoriode.Coach Felix is the head coach of CFASF.The team was established in order to help youth athletes develop healthy lifestyles and achieve athletic goals.Through structured training, practices,and athletic events, each athlete is taught the value of hard work, leadership,and perseverance.

We establishing grassroots programs,such as the maiden athletics talent hunt and academics and sports summer camp to help develop the future stars of the sport.

Promoting programs of training and competition for boys and girls of all ages.

Athletes and beginners ages 8 and up are welcomed to come out.We separate our groups based on age,fitness levels, and program.We work with elementary,high school and university athletes.

For our High School Athletes preparation for inter school games,State and national Championships  are the main targets.Our main goal is to better their times in their respective events as the season progresses.

As one of the fastest growing athletics team in Northwest Nigeria we aim to continue to serve our local area by offering a vibrant social environment as well as a development pathway which allows local kids and adults to play at the highest levelpossible through academics and sports.

COACH ABDULHAKEEM IDRIS BIOGRAPHY Abdulhakeem Idris  is a practical example of CFASF motto's, 3Ds discovery, developing and delivering. He was discovered in October 2016 during an inter house sports in his college (Challawa Schools Barnawa) where he caught the attention of Coach Felix. AYOMIDE A. OYETUNJI BIOGRAPHY Ayomide A. Oyetunji has come a long way since being discovered by coach Felix at national youth games Ilorin and has won several medals in secondary school,university and state level. He made his debut outing for CFASF at AFN all-comers Abuja in November 2017 where he ran a then Personal Best (PB) of 11.33s.He lowered his PB to 11.04 at AFN Golden League in Kaduna 2017. He then emerge the 100m champion and a gold medalist in 4×100m of YSFON 2018 Ramat Int's cup championship in kano. But the teenager was unable to compete fully due to school engagements in 2018 season,A student of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU).Then he came back for inter faculty games at Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) in September he was crowned the 100m and 200m champion in preparation for 2018 west African university games(WAUG). JAPHETH ABASHE BIOGRAPHY

Japheth Abashe a multi-talented person,where he picked an interest in sports from his childhood,he have been with coach Felix since from his early age. The young star has won several medals in secondary,university and state level. Coach Felix encouraged him to focus his energy on improving his athletic abilities when he was in ss1 in Faith Academy,the school had a history of success in athletics with past students. His first outing as an CFASF and representing Kaduna at the 2017 national youth games Ilorin for long jump where he finished 5th position. At the 2017 secondary schools games Kaduna where he won the long jump and helped his team to a gold medal in 4×100m. He was at the 2017 AFN all comers Abuja,2017 golden league Kaduna and 2018 Commonwealth games trials.
